Cerita Teman Mergokin Testrider Suzuki Bandit 150 .. kok Keren Ya ?

Beberapa hari yang lalu, Ngadimin sedang transaksi oli dengan seorang rekan berasal dari negeri Cileungsi Bogor. Seorang teman yang nyambi ngeblog, sebut saja namanya Dede. Awalnya sih cuma ngasih tahu bahwa oli Gulf formula G pesanannya telah dikirim. Tapi berikutnya dia bilang barusan mergokin Testrider Suzuki bandit 150. Katanya sih keren motornya.

Sejauh ini, Suzuki bandit 150 memang baru nampak spyshot bagian belakangnya yang wujudnya seperti fusion antara satria di 150 di sektor stoplamp dan bagian bawah dari Suzuki gsxs150. Ini juga sudah Ngadimin kasih clue beberapa bulan yang lalu.

Ceritanya doi sedang berkendara dari cibucil ke arah Citra land. Doi yang juga manteb gini bocoran Suzuki bandit ternyata melihat motor yang sama dengan spyshot kemarin 2 biji sedang ditest. Saat ada kesempatan berhenti, doi sempat iseng nanya, yang dijawab dengan anggukan.

Testimoninya sih….. Kereeeennn…. Entah parameter dari mana, karena keren atau ngga itu sudut pandangnya berbeda-beda tiap kepala.

Ngadimin sendiri cuma bisa bilang no komen ya…. Soalnya janji adalah “dapur ngebul”   . Ngadimin hanya bisa ngasih clue-clue saja. Soal foto motornya, biarlah para laskar spyshot yang beraksi.

Tentang apakah memang keren apa nggak si bandit kecil ini, biarlah nanti penampakan wujud keseluruhan yang akan bicara. Untuk saat ini Ngadimin sedang asyik ngulik wujud new Suzuki Nex…. Kok jadi pengin ya….. .

Kita tunggu saja wujud aslinya si bandit 150 secara keseluruhan nantinya.

Pembeda Di MotoGP 2018 Dimulai Di Qatar

Jika dulur sekalian menonton langsung jalannya balap MotoGP seri Qatar 2018, maka anda pasti merasakan hal yang berbeda dibandingkan musim-musim sebelumnya. Ya….jalannya race sangat seru. Jelas ada alasan dan penyebabnya.

Yang diharapakan dari sebuah balapan MotoGP ya seperti tadi malam. Balapan menyajikan tontonan di layar televisi, penonton enggan meninggalkan depan layar teve karena nggak mau ketinggalan satu momenpun.

Balapan seru karena jarak antar pembalap rapat, kejadian take over, salip-salipan menjadi lebih sering, dan tidak hanya melibatkan 2 atau 3 pembalap saja. Tadi malam, di gerombolan terdepan ada minimal 8 pembalap beda team dan motor.

Kalau sebelum-sebelumnya terjadi duel beberapa motor, tadi malam bukan duel, tapi keroyokan, battle royal. 8 pembalap akan sangat mudah berganti posisi, lengah sedikit bisa melorot 3-4 urutan. Tidak ada perbedaan dominan antara motor pabrikan dengan satelite…. Even team kecil seperti Suzuki. Itulah pembeda MotoGP tadi malam dengan sebelum-sebelumnya.

Itulah hasil dari pembatasan dana riset team. Itulah hasil dari unifikasi, homologasi ECU, pembatasan jumlah BBM dan jumlah motor dalam satu musim. Jenjang pemisah antara team akan lebih sempit. Walaupun tetap team kaya punya posisi tawar dan keuntungan finansial dalam riset. Namun gap dengan team kecil atau satelite bisa diperpendek. Apalagi team tersebut bisa bekerja secara smart.

Yah….semoga saja sajian balap seperti tadi malam terus berlangsung di tiap serinya… Kalau kata mantan komentator MotoGP, Nick Harris : ” Its Clasic MotoGP “.

MotoGP Qatar : Dovi VS Marquez…Jurus Sama, Hasil Sama, Monstrous Ducati

Mengikuti balap MotoGP seri perdana 2018 di Qatar, ada hal yang cukup menarik. Ada hal yang sangat berbeda dibandingkan musim lalu. Namun kita bahas next artikel. Sekarang kita obrolin hasilnya dulu, kita bahas kejadian Dejavu, Dovi vs Marquez, dengan jurus sama, dan hasilnya pun sama. Ducati monstrous banget.

Seperti yang kita ikuti bersama dari awal free practice sampai lomba berakhir, motor Ducati cocok banget dengan sirkuit Qatar yang memanjakan motor yang mempunyai power monster seperti Ducati. Topspeed tinggi di straight line panjang.

Dovi sendiri seperti menahan performa motornya sepanjang balapan. Mempertahankan posisi di lima besar, dan mulai ikut perebutan terdepan di sepertiga akhir balapan. Tujuannya…. Mempertahankan ban untuk di-push di lap-lap akhir. Strategi yang sukses, karena dia berhasil mempertahankan posisi terdepan walau harus berduel lawan Marquez di lap-lap akhir.

Ada hal cukup menarik saat Dovi lawan Marquez ini. Seperti dejavu saja duel mereka. Mengingatkan duel di tikungan terakhir sirkuit Austria 2017. Marquez menikung Dovi di tikungan terakhir, Dovi santai saja, kemudian saat keluar tikungan, Dovi membiarkan motornya bicara ” Makan nih horse power……” Ducati melesat menyalip RC nya Marquez dan meninggalkan mereka dibayangan pantat motor Ducati. Jurus yang sama, dan hasilnya sama juga… Dovi menyentuh garis finish duluan.

Hal menarik lainnya, ternyata kita disuguhi aksi Rossi, si oldcrack…. Si tua italia ini ternyata masih bertaji dengan start urutan 8 dan selalu di gerombolan terdepan dari lap satu sampai finish. Doi berhasil meraih podium terakhir, urutan 3. Salut buat pembalap umur 39 tahun ini. Selamat buat semua pembalap pengisi podium… Oh Rins… Rins…kenapa dikau ndlosor saat di empat besar… .

Suzuki GSX-S750 YUGEN, Bisa Untuk Acuan Modifikasi GSX-S150

 
 Ngadimin mendapatkan kiriman gambar sebuah suzuki gsx-s750 terbaru edisi 2018 dengan edisi YUGEN. Tampangnya yang naked tambah gagah dengan sedikit facelift dari edisi 2017. Motornya sendiri akan diluncurkan saat Rome MotoDay di Italia sono Maret ini. Selain gsxs750 standar, siuzuki menyelipkan edisi yugen. Dari desain bodinya, sepertinya bisa menjadi bahan acuan untuk memodifikasi versi kecilnya yang ada di Indonesia, suzuki GSX-S150.

Yugen sendiri berasal dari kata jepang yang mempunyai makna  “mysterious skills that can not be described in words.” Atau tehnik misterius yang tidk bisa diucapkan melalui kata-kata. Yang membedakan dengan versi standar, Yugen ini mendapatkan sentuhan pernik-pernik bodi eksklusive made in Italia. Bahan dan desain mempunyai standar kualitas tinggi, dan tetap dalam koridor sparepart resmi suzuki ( mirip dengan SARP disini ). dengan sentuhan italia, maka gsxs750 yugen akan lebih kental nuansa eropanya.

Ya… sentuhan plus di sektor estetika, atau mempercantik penampakan visual bodi memang ciri khas italia yang terkenal dengan keindahan seninya. Untuk sektor mesin sudah dianggap mumpuni karena punya basis yang sama persis dengan versi fairingnya, gsxr750. Yugen mendapatkan sentuhn darkened bubble headlamp terbaru, stiker bodi yang berbeda, LED arrows, dan plate holder ( tail tidy ) buatan SC project Italia yang eksklusive. Tidak lupa SC project membuat knalpot khusus gsxs750 yang berbahan titanium.

Well… melihat garis desain klan Gixxez yang memang murni gsxr yang dicopot fairingnya dan menggunakan headlamp, maka akan seirama dengan gsxs150 di sini. Desain yugen bisa menjadi acuan memodifikasi gsxs150 anda. Bagi pemilik suzuki gsxs150, anda termasuk ” beruntung” karena mempunyai motor dengan desain yang sangat berani, idealis banget khas suzuki. Motor anda bisa dibuat lebih sporty dengan menjadikan yugen sebagai acuan modifikasi bodi.

Tidak Akan Ada Lagi “Ban Ghoib” Tengah Musim

Rumor ban ghoib tengah musim motogp 2017 banyak yang tidak mengakuinya. Namun dari wawancara MCN ke pihak michelin, secara tidak langsung mereka mengakui hal itu. Dan kini mereka menjamin tidak akan ada lagi kejadian seperti itu.

Ban ghoib adalah istilah slengekan di forum penggemar MotoGP. Khususnya fans Yamaha. Sebenarnya yang dimaksud dengan ban ghoib adalah ban kompound baru yang dikenalkan di tengah musim kampanye 2017 kemarin. Pihak Michelin “memaksa” semua team menggunakan ban kompound baru ini.

Dan faktor ban kompound baru ini secara tidak langsung menggelincirkan team Yamaha factory gagal total musim lalu. Kompound ban tidak cocok dengan sasis yamaha, ban lebih cepat kehilangan grip di sasis yamaha M1 versi baru. Padahal di team lain seperti Ducati dan Honda tidak berpengaruh.

Kini pihak Michelin berjanji tidak akan mengulanginya lagi. Mereka tidak akan mengenalkan kompound baru di tengah musim. Berdasarkan uji coba di pramusim ini, banyak yang puas dengan ban baru Michelin. Sehingga Michelin membekukan penelitian, dan memastikan paket ban sekarang akan dipakai sampai akhir musim nanti. Tidak akan ada pergantian kompound ban tengah musim.

“We have had three positive tests leading up to the first race here at Qatar. From Sepang we tested two new front tyres which the riders liked and they gave them confidence, so much so that they will be used this season. We were also pleased with results obtained in Thailand. It was the first time we had been and the results were very good and it gives us some valuable information about tracks with that kind of severity and in those conditions, which we will be able to use as we move forward and will give us a good idea of what is required when we return to race in October, although that is the monsoon season so things might be quite different. One big thing we have completed before the season starts is to supply Dorna with the allocation of all tyres for each event this season, ahead of the first race. This will give the teams and riders a greater degree of stability as they plan for each event, as they will know what tyres they will have and can plan each session accordingly in advance.”

Nah…dengan statement seperti ini semoga kejadian kontroversi seperti musim lalu tidak terjadi lagi. Tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan.
